LINK-US Inc. Introduction to Ultrasonic Composite Vibration Welding Technology

Clean and energy-efficient environmentally friendly welding technology!

This technology is a method for welding various materials in a short time by applying ultrasonic vibrations while applying static pressure to the welded area. By applying two-dimensional vibrations, it enables uniform, high-strength, and stable welding without directional constraints between similar and dissimilar metals at room temperature in a shorter time. Additionally, it does not require special pretreatment and is environmentally friendly, being clean and energy-efficient. 【Features】 ■ Capable of welding dissimilar metals with different melting temperatures ■ No special surface treatment required ■ Energy-saving due to no need for post-treatment ■ Welding possible at room temperature ■ Welding possible in a short time *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

20kHz ultrasonic composite vibration welding machine 'LT2000-CT1'

A welding machine that allows the joining of dissimilar metals without melting the workpiece! It achieves strong and uniform joints without folding back due to high-speed vibrations.

The "LT2000-CT1" is an ultrasonic composite vibration welding machine that joins similar or dissimilar metals without melting the workpiece. The device operates at 20 kHz, producing vibrations (amplitude) 20,000 times per second, allowing for joining in one step due to its high-speed movement. Furthermore, the vibrations (amplitude) move in an elliptical pattern, and the absence of reversal in movement makes it gentle on the joining materials, enabling joints with less variation in strength and direction. For difficult-to-join materials with a narrow sweet spot, detailed setting options can achieve good joining conditions, and servo control allows for short cycles, enabling high repeatability and the ability to determine defects for each weld. 【Features】 ■ Difficult to peel off from any direction ■ Increased yield with uniform and stable high welding strength ■ Reduced damage to areas outside the weld due to the elliptical trajectory, improving quality ■ Rapid and high temperature rise at the welding surface contributes to shorter cycles ■ Contributes to quality control by being less affected by external factors that influence joining *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
